Wes Bautovich
Wes Bautovich has been a dedicated Fitness and Nutrition Coach since 2008, carving out a niche in training adults who want to stay active and enjoy their favorite hobbies or sports. His coaching philosophy centers on resilience and longevity. He helps clients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other set backs so they can stay strong and return to doing what they love.
Before beginning his coaching career, Wes was a standout athlete both in Kennedale High School and at Texas A&M. He started off as a quarterback and was moved to safety for the Texas A&M Aggies from 1999-2001. In 2003, he signed as a free agent with the New York Jets, and in 2004 was allocated by the Jets to the Rhine Fire of NFL-Europe. Later that year, Wes concluded his professional football journey.
Today Wes channels his passion for sports and mentorship into helping the community. As Co-Owner and President of the Bautovich & Lindsey Foundation, he is committed to empowering youth programs and supporting organizations that strengthen and serve their communities. Together Wes and Cordell share a vision of creating opportunities for growth, excellence, and lasting positive change. Above all, Wes believes that consistency is the key to building success and impact that endures.
Cordell Lindsey III
Cordell brings over two decades of leadership experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in technical sales within the electrical sector. His career reflects a proven ability to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and deliver innovative solutions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Cordell has dedicated more than 14 years to serving on the Executive Board of Directors for the Texas A&M Lettermen's Association. He held officer roles from 2014 to 2017, including serving as President in 2016. Since 2017, he has chaired the Hall of Fame, Hall of Honor, and Lifetime Achievement Award committees, insuring the recognition of excellence among Aggie Athletes.
As Co-Owner and Vice President of The Bautovich & Lindsey Foundation, Cordell is committed to philanthropy and community engagement. His mission is to inspire future generations to embrace teamwork, innovation, and service--values that have shaped his own journey. Guided by the principle of "take care of the person next to you," Cordell strives to create opportunities that foster hope and meaningful impact.
